Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Requires no migration of the repository because it will be a complete rewrite in go.

The concrete issue with the "new" author api is related to the post svc I guess
